I call it the 4 L's. These are Live, Love, Learn and Laugh. It may seem simplistic, but they can be interpreted in a number of ways. Alone, they are little without respect and responsibility.
Respect must be part of this, without respect, it is fairly meaningless. Respect yourself, Respect your health, Respect your time. Responsibility is moral, legal, or mental accountability.
